What will it be? I have looked over the Mediterranean Diet, which from now on I will ID with MD. I am tired of writing it out. 🙂 Anyway; nuts and fruits seem to be the mainstay for the snacks. So, I will have me about a half a
gallon, quart, cup of both some unsalted butts nuts and some kind of grapes. Can I get some feedback from fellow bloggers on what types of nuts and grapes will be best?
